Amber is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with nearly two decades in human services and a B.S. in Psychology. She is also a person who has lost seventy pounds and kept them off — and who knows in detail why most attempts to do that fail. Her sessions are warm, structured, and uncompromising about the slow pace of real change. She'll be the one on the other end of the consultation call.
